How to use the internet to engage people?

An educational video on YT (webinar recording) from FRSI program “e-strong” describing how to engage the community in civic activities. It provides an overview of public data accessible via the internet, public consultation, local initiatives, accessing public information or submitting applications or reporting interventions.
